The cause of Disney's Descendants star Cameron Boyce's death
on 6 July has finally been confirmed: epilepsy. According to reports his family
said at the time that the 20 year old actor suffered a seizure as a result of
"an ongoing medical condition."
A post-mortem was carried out 8 July, but further testing
needed to be done. Tuesday the LA County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner
said Boyce’s cause of death had been determined, calling it a “sudden
unexpected death in epilepsy”.
According to coroner his death was "natural".
Cameron played Carlos in Descendants, the TV movie series.
